Join us for the 2019 Walk for Life & Become a Sponsored Walker!

The 2019 Walk for Life will be held Saturday, September 14th!

It is crazy that it is time to plan for the Walk for Life! Time flies by when you are having fun, right?

The Walk for Life is such an encouraging event. So many people give The Care Center their Saturday morning to come together as one community and stand for Life. Last year we had over 275 individuals that came out! This year we want to exceed that number and aim for 300+. I think we can do it and I think that people will be happy to come out and join us.

Another very important part of why we host the Walk for Life is to raise necessary funds for the work of this ministry. The Walk for Life is our second largest fundraiser and helps us to make our budget for the Fall. That means we need YOU to become Sponsored Walkers. Our goal this year is $50,000. I know we can do it!

It is super easy. All you need to do is ask your friends and family to sponsor you on the 2 mile walk. You fill out your pledge brochure and we invoice them for their pledge amount! Every single dollar that is raised goes into supporting The Care Center.

Pledge brochures can be picked up at either our Dayton or Spring City offices. We will also have them at various local churches. If you don't have any for your church, let us know if we can supply you with a few.
