It is time once again for the annual Walk for Life.  This event serves as a primary fundraiser for The Care Center, allowing us to serve our patients and clients at no cost to them.

The Care Center provides pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound and STI testing, breastfeeding and childbirth classes at no cost. In addition, we provide material support for moms and dads, including clothing, diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, Life Skills and healthy choices education classes.

In addition, The Care Center’s school-based education program, The EDGE, impacts hundreds of Rhea County students every year, equipping them with the knowledge and support to avoid risky behaviors and eliminate the negative consequences associated with drugs, alcohol, and sexual activity. 

We desire to provide help and hope to those finding themselves in an unexpected pregnancy situation. We desire to equip women and men to be moms and dads, so they are confident in their parenting journey. We desire to equip students with the knowledge and refusal skills necessary to make healthy choices. Now, maybe more than ever, we need you to help bear this burden, and walk with us, as we walk with the families of our community.
